Because I consider music as food for my heart and mind, the person that I want to meet is Jay Chou, a Chinese musician. Maybe I couldn’t say he is a singer or a song writer, because he is also a movie star, and an icon. But it is music that defines him so heavily as a person. He seems to have given all his heart and musical talent every time he makes music. For him, playing music is like drinking water every single day.
He’s a household namein China. Whenever he appears on a stage, his fans go bonkers. When his album comes out, he is the talk of the town. When I was in middle school, he was one of most influential singers in China, so I always saw him on TV. 句型结构是 the subject + a relative clause（定语从句） is +emphasized word（要说的内容）
文中用了几处：

第二个句型结构起了同样的作用。
